As National Director of Food and Beverage for The Sports Facilities Companies, Todd Sampson leads the strategy and standards that shape food and beverage experiences across the SF Network. An award-winning food and beverage innovator with more than 30 years of leadership in hotels, restaurants, attractions, amusement parks, and sports venues nationwide, he oversees menu direction, operational best practices, and partner programs that align guest satisfaction with venue profitability. In this role, Todd supports the kitchen design of new venues, identifies optimal national contract opportunities, and partners with venue leaders to ensure food and beverage programs are efficient, scalable, and guest-focused.
Todd works closely with local food and beverage managers to elevate execution at the venue level. His position supports menu engineering, inventory procedures, and financial responsibilities to drive strong margins and a consistent guest experience. Known for his ability to discover untapped markets, he has developed innovative offerings and service models that deliver record-setting concession performance while maintaining quality, speed of service, and operational discipline.
Before joining The Sports Facilities Companies, Todd built a distinguished career leading high-volume operations in the hospitality and attractions industry, including serving as General Manager for one of the busiest TGI Friday’s locations in the United States and as Director of Franchise Operations for Cedar Point Amusement Park, where he honed his expertise in guest-centric service, menu innovation, and large-team leadership.
