As Vice President of Venue Marketing at The Sports Facilities Companies, Jeff Philbin leads the marketing strategy that supports SFC’s growing portfolio of venues nationwide. In partnership with venue leadership, he focuses on building demand-generating campaigns, strengthening brand presence in local markets, and aligning marketing investments with clear revenue and utilization goals. Jeff works closely with general managers and cross-functional teams to ensure each venue’s unique story, guest experience, and community impact are reflected in thoughtful, results-driven marketing plans.
In his role, Jeff emphasizes data-informed decision-making, integrated marketing, and strong partner relationships. One of his main goals is to continue to bring together paid media, digital platforms, creative content, and grassroots efforts to drive measurable performance. He is passionate about showcasing the value of marketing to operators and owners alike, documenting real-world success stories, and developing scalable frameworks that help venues grow, renew, and expand. Jeff is committed to equipping venue teams with the tools, strategies, and support they need to translate great guest experiences into sustainable business results.
Before joining The Sports Facilities Companies, Jeff built his career advising and supporting brands, venues, and community-focused organizations across sports and hospitality, helping them clarify their positioning, launch integrated campaigns, and activate strategic partners to accelerate growth.
